Provide expert consultation on healthcare operations including customized orientation outlines, education courses and materials, policy/procedure revision, joint commission preparedness, and simulation experience. Consultation includes evaluation of current practice, analysis of needs, and creation of action plan which are specific and individualized.
Education Courses/Materials
Provides continuing education courses, education materials including teaching plans, learning objectives, and course content for students. Educational Courses/Material can be KWM Consulting LLC’s standard product or customized to fit the specific needs for you or your company. All educational materials will be based on current evidence-based practice and created with the broad generations of learners and their needs in mind.
