My Story

How I Began and Where I’m Headed

I have worked in healthcare for almost 10 years.  I have worked in women's healthcare and education.  My passion for providing quality and compassionate women's health led me to seek my MSN in Nursing Education. I became passionate about training and educating others about providing excellent, innovative, and comprehensive care.  I worked as an educator until I decided to seek out travel nursing to expand my knowledge.  I dreamed of starting this company two years ago when I was finding myself becoming frustrated working as an educator in a challenging healthcare setting.  I kept thinking about how I wanted to be an education consultant and help others achieve their goals. 

My dream is to provide education for healthcare professionals that is interdisciplinary and will mee the needs of the learner whether they be a novice or an expert.  So often I found myself desiring professional development and education that was tailored for an educator.

The opportunities and the focus of companies is primarily onboarding of new hires, mandatory annual education, and meeting regulatory standards.  I hope to provide education beyond the basics and individualized for what the learner seeks.  I look forward to growing this company to meet the ever changing needs of healthcare professionals.
